Daily Comment
The weather outside has indeed been frightful, and my attention has turned to getting out of town. 

My attempts to organize visits with my medium-distance friends and family in New York, Boston and Brattleboro have been frustrated by weekend gigs, and their schedules. It isn't a bad thing to be so busy, on the one hand, but it has complicated my non-playing life. 

I wanted to visit New York again, but no shot until later this month now. And Vermont will have to wait until April. Boston is looking like May. Sigh.


I do have my personal 'Spring Break' coming at the end of March. Daytona Beach getaway. Where the boys are.

A cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), chia seeds, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Dinner
Pepperoni, Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted-grain toast, cole slaw and celery with home-made spicy mayonnaise.

Snack
Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal, hemp seeds, blueberries, almond-coconut milk and stevia-inulin blend.
Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 64+ oz.
