Daily Comment

I have developed some bad habits - which isn't to say, I am making a moral judgment on these new 'tics' in my lifestyle, but I think they aren't serving me.

I have broken bad habits in the past, but now feels different.

And, I don't know... It feels uncomfortable to address these non-life-threatening little inconveniences I cause myself out of...

Laziness, mostly.

I suspect the root in all these little things is my oft-mentioned and not-improving sleep - or lack of sleep - patterns.

I don't want to be more specific, but as president of the local chapter of the procrastinator's club, I'm mulling it over, not doing anything.

Although, writing about them here is a start.

Diet Comment
I have nothing to say, other than apologizing to my body for the unexpected buffet I couldn't resist at the open mic tonight.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
At Ling-Ling's Chinese Buffet and Grill:
Brussels sprouts, kimchee, and, from the "Mongolian Grill", my go-to dish: pork and chicken with cabbage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers and broccoli. This is the same meal, and the same picture, as always.

Dinner
Pepperoni and salad (Spring Mix, baby kale, baby spinach, cole slaw mix, shaved parmesan cheese, creamy balsamic vinaigrette).

Snack
Trapped by another free buffet, I ate quite a bit of baked ziti.


Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 78+ oz.
