I am better than baked ziti! Hah! But I am seriously thinking about going back to a basic low-carb regime (with a cheat night for liver maintenance). Today was exactly that kind of day - the only difficulty was that dinner was eaten very, very late.

Wild-caught salmon salad on Spring Mix, baby kale, baby spinach, cole slaw mix, almonds and shaved parmesan cheese. |
