Daily Comment
Errands, including a run to-from Albany. Don't ask. 

I had a nice conversation with Andy on the way there, and with J. on the way back. There's something about these long trips that reminds me of things people I've been meaning to call.

Andy wonders why this happens - it's a lot to do with attention - sometimes it occurs to me to call somebody when I can't call them, or at least I can't call them and spend as much time talking with them as I'd like.

The car, especially on a 2-hour drive, is much better. no distractions, and when there are, I just pull over, or get off the phone. But usually, no distractions.

It usually makes for better conversations.

I completely expected this. Tomorrow, I will pay for tonight's sins  by... sinning again, more than likely!

Breakfast

Lunch
A cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond milk, kale, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), chia seeds, whey powder (24g protein), celery, cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Snack
Almonds.

Dinner
At India Thali: Lamb patty, Goa FIsh curry, rice pilaf, rice pudding. Later, chocolate cake.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  36 oz.   Water: 58+ oz. and a mug of Kingfisher beer.
