Daily Comment

Really bad weather ruined the day for me. Day-amn. Gig canceled. Over-busyness at work did abate after lunch. Speaking of which, my lunch plans were also canceled, and I was forced to choose between driving on dangerous roads or overpaying for less-than-desirable food choices in the building's lunch-counter. 

As almost always, driving lost.

Today's Weight:         204.6 lbs
Previous Weight:        203.8 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 0.0 lbs

Diet Comment
Certainly within normal variation, it is hard not to attribute this slight weight gain to my late-night, high-calorie snack of nuts and cheese.


Food Log 
Breakfast
A cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), chia seeds, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
From the Lunch Counter in the basement of the medical office building where I work:  Chili and a breakfast wrap (two fried eggs, provolone, bacon and a white flour tortilla wrap). Oh-h-h.

Dinner
Skipped. (I have to admit, lunch was filling.


Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  24 oz.   Water: 80+ oz.
