Daily Comment
The weather has indeed been frightful, and turned my attention to getting out of town. My attempts to organize visits with my medium-distance friends and family in New York, Boston and Brattleboro have been frustrated by weekend gigs - not a bad thing, on the one hand, but difficult to work around. 

I wanted to visit New York again, but no shot until later this month, now. And Vermont will have to wait until April. Boston is looking like May. Sigh.

Diet Comment
Another day of lost weight. Unfortunately, dinner was a disaster - a train-wreck of hunger colliding with happy hour food.


Food Log 
Breakfast
A cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), chia seeds, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
Salmon salad with a salad of baby kale, baby spinach, chard, cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
Stuck on a gig at happy hour, I ate cheese (I can't even tell you what it was - a gigantic hunk of white cheese with knives stuck in to cut off pieces) and pepperoni pizza, and left the gig very hungry.

Snack
Protein bar and dark chocolate..

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 72+ oz. A shot of Jameson's.
