Daily Comment
One last gig before vacation. A pleasure to have the whole trio together - I enjoy this band (Bradshaw Blues) so much. 

Meanwhile, it almost seems like i am Fool is ready to bust out. People are beginning to commit to getting us heard. The fun show on Monday created a buzz - there were agents there, and every one wants to talk to us (by us, I mean J., although I've spoken with all of them).

One is talking getting us gigs in the major markets, including NYC, LA, Boston. Be still my heart! That is so exciting! That means all my family and friends getting to hear me play live for the first time in years!

But - that is the future, i.e., it doesn't exist. In the present, I will keep doing what I've been doing - it is just joyful to be there. In my (admittedly fragile) belief system, as long as I keep showing up, doing what feels right, things will work themselves out. Not for me to worry about how. Just get out of the Universe's way, and roll the dice.

On a separate note, tomorrow I'm flying down to Daytona Beach for six days. Posting may be sporadic.

 Food and Diet Section
January to June, 2014 Daily Weight
Today's Weight:         200.4 lbs
Previous Weight:        203.8 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      - 3.4 lbs

Diet Comment
A very light eating day produced an over-sized weight change. Today is going to be much less 'light' and more food, and tomorrow is a travel day, which will be followed by 5 days of vacation-eating, so this nice drop comes at a good time.


Food Log 
Breakfast
A blueberry-kale protein shake (almond milk, blueberries, kale, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), chia gel, celery, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
Line-caught tuna salad on Spring Mix greens.

Dinner
At Eskapes:  Tomato-zucchini soup, Caprese salad (chopped Romaine lettuce, black olives, bacon, cheese. hard-boiled egg), mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels, lobster and bacon) over sauteed spinach, onions and peppers.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 72+ oz. and a nice glass of chianti.
