Daily Comment

Although there's nothing bad going on, I have a sense of foreboding.

I feel more tenuous than positive. I don't know whether it's a combination of small things outside of my peripheral vision, or just the effects of a very late playing schedule this week - only 2 days; withdrawal.

Or facing a 3-day weekend with only a few planned hours. 

Hard to know.

2013 Daily Weight
Today's Weight:         212.2 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     211.0 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 1.2 lbs

Diet Comment
A lot of late-night calories, and I'll own up to eating for a variety of reasons that had nothing to do with hunger and nutrition. At least, I didn't eat off-plan. Today, lunch at Ruby Tuesday's, maybe dinner out, as well.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Protein Bar.

Lunch
At Ruby Tuesday's:
Salmon and spaghetti squash. Not shown: from the salad bar, a big salad of Spring Mix, baby spinach, tomatoes, peas, bacon, broccoli, green peppers and parmesan cheese, with oil and vinegar. 


Snack
Soft-serve ice cream. Later, a protein bar.

Dinner
Roasted turkey with guacamole, and a Cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Snack
Another protein bar.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 124+ oz.
