Although there's nothing bad going on, I have a sense of foreboding.
I feel more tenuous than positive. I don't know whether it's a combination of small things outside of my peripheral vision, or just the effects of a very late playing schedule this week - only 2 days; withdrawal.
Or facing a 3-day weekend with only a few planned hours.
Hard to know.

A lot of late-night calories, and I'll own up to eating for a variety of reasons that had nothing to do with hunger and nutrition. At least, I didn't eat off-plan. Today, lunch at Ruby Tuesday's, maybe dinner out, as well.
