Daily Comment

I was just wasted today; the combination of effort and bad food from yesterday has left me feeling... out of sorts.

I do want to comment on yesterday's comment. I know when I talk about evidence, I risk descending into pretzel logic (proving something I believe on the basis of the thing I'm saying I don't believe). I just want to say that I do actually 'get' the scientific method, and will only use it in a scientific way (repeatably verified experimentation).

Yesterday's Weight:     211.2 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 0.8 lbs

Diet Comment
I'm surprised that yesterday's excess of simple carbs didn't do me worse than it has. Today, a sort of mini-fast, with the day's total intake being two protein bars.

A protein bar.

Another protein bar.

   Coffee:  0 oz.   Water: 80+ oz.
