Getting ready to do it again: This Saturday, I have a party in the afternoon, and a gig in the evening.
Like last Saturday, the party is downstate, not quite as far this time, and, like last Saturday, going to the party and going to the gig require me to do a lot of driving.
But the most worthwhile things I spend my time at - friends, family and music - must be served.
Worthwhile.

Always glad to see my weight drop below the trend line. Now I have less than twenty weeks - which will include two weeks in LA and the holiday season - to flatten that trend line. Challenging.
