Daily Comment

Getting ready to do it again: This Saturday, I have a party in the afternoon, and a gig in the evening.

Like last Saturday, the party is downstate, not quite as far this time, and, like last Saturday, going to the party and going to the gig require me to do a lot of driving.

But the most worthwhile things I spend my time at - friends, family and music - must be served.

Worthwhile.

Today's Weight:         210.4 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     212.4 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      - 2.0 lbs

Diet Comment
Always glad to see my weight drop below the trend line. Now I have less than twenty weeks - which will include two weeks in LA and the holiday season - to flatten that trend line. Challenging.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Protein bar.

Dinner
Kale and wild-caught salmon salad with black beans. Spring Mix with cole slaw mix and home-made spicy mayonnaise.

Snacks
Cole Slaw; Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with coconut sugar and almond-coconut milk; Protein bar.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  24 oz.   Water: 108+ oz.
