I'm beginning to forget what eating was like before Wegman's put protein bars I like on sale at half price.

BreakfastCocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
Smoked turkey, black beans, Spring Mix, cole slaw blend, kale and balsamic vinaigrette. |
Snack
A protein bar.
Snack
Another protein bar. Then, much later, another.
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 24 oz. Water: 120+ oz.
