Diet Comment
An 18-hour fast after a day of off-plan eating that didn't actually do the damage I was expecting. Given my eating today, I wouldn't be surprised if it showed up tomorrow.

Snack
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend. Then, a little red cabbage slaw.

Dinner
At Bridge Street Tavern: A bacon cheeseburger with French fries.

Snack
A protein bar and Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, coconut sugar and almond-coconut milk.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  0 oz.   Water: 80+ oz.
