Diet Comment
Yesterday, my diet comment was: "I'm beginning to forget what eating was like before Wegman's put protein bars I like on sale at half price." I'm beginning to think they are a trigger food, and, since I'm not using them as they are intended (meal replacement), they may be hurting my cause.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Protein Bar.

Lunch
Wild-caught salmon and black bean salad on Spring Mix greens, kale, and cole slaw blend.

Snack
A protein bar. Later, pepperoni (while shopping).

Dinner
Sliced buffalo chicken breast with spicy mayonnaise and pepperoni with cole slaw.

Snack
Another protein bar.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  24 oz.   Water: 124+ oz.
