 - and 851 days since I started this blog -




Daily Comment
I woke up sick. I didn't go to sleep that way, although I sneezed twice during practice.

Post-nasal drip had given me a sore throat. I felt feverish. My ears hurt.

I persevered, and went in to work, but by the afternoon, I was feeling so tired and miserable, I went home.

Where I was unable to rest. If this continues, plans I made for the weekend are totaled.

Yes, it is a Man plans God laughs moment here.

Diet Comment
Weird day yesterday, and I woke up feeling unwell (cold, allergies?) today.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
At Ling-Ling's Chinese Buffet and Grill:
Brussels sprouts, kimchee, and, from the "Mongolian Grill", my go-to dish, pork and chicken with cabbage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, snow pea pods and broccoli. Not shown: a little beef and broccoli.

Dinner
Pepperoni, hard-boiled eggs and cole slaw. 

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  24 oz.   Water:  58+ oz.
