Daily Comment
The Memorial Day weekend created a bit of a discontinuity. 

I am reinitiating my diet plan... Tomorrow. Today, I have some leftovers to get out of the house (read: Eat).

I have quite a backlog of things to do, also. Not that having a lot of things to do means I'm going to do much. Everything will happen in its time.

2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:         213.0 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     211.0 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 2.0 lbs

Diet Comment
Weight loss project starts tomorrow. Goal: arrive at 200 pounds by Labor Day. Method: Slow carb diet (Protein, veggies, beans x3/day x6/week, 1 day small cheats allowed).

Today, it is all about finishing up some leftover food from the weekend: some Wholesome Medley and some almonds. And, with no hunger at the time, I skipped lunch. Tomorrow's weight will reflect the off-plan eating, for certain.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia seeds, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
Spring Mix greens, baby spinach and cole slaw mix with balsamic vinaigrette. Hard-boiled eggs with guacamole. Also, later, Wholesome Medley (peanuts, cashews, almonds, raisins, cranberries and dark chocolate) and almonds.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  20 oz.   Water:  120+ oz.
