Sleepwalking through my day today. Feeling no momentum, no inertia. Some days are just like that, I guess.

Yesterday's Weight:     206.0 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      - 0.8 lbs

Diet Comment
The health value of what I ate late last night must have something to do with my weight loss today - I was expecting the opposite.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
At Ruby Tuesday's.
From the salad bar: Spring Mix greens with baby spinach, broccoli, mushrooms, cucumber, tomato, peas, bacon, peppers, egg and ranch dressing. 
Caribbean chicken breast with sauteed spaghetti squash.

Dinner
Pepperoni, salad of Spring Mix, baby spinach and cole slaw mix with balsamic vinaigrette.

Snack
Pepperoni, hard-boiled eggs with guacamole, cottage cheese.


Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  22 oz.   Water:  104+ oz.
