I had an afternoon gig, so the things I needed to do I had to get done relatively early.
It was a beautiful day. Fun at the Regional Farmer's Market. A gigantic Indian meal.
Speaking of which, I need to say this about my favorite local Indian restaurant: Not only is the food very good, but the (silent) Indian music video station on the giant TV is trippy beyond belief. Between the turmeric and other healthy spices and those video images, it is a (positive) psychedelic experience.
I needed an hour or so to recover from the big meal, then it was off to the gig.

At the Sahota Palace Indian Restaurant, I had the buffet, and, literally some of anything, which means a huge variety of vegetarian dishes, including some based on spinach, chick peas, potato, with tomatoes and also a salad; as well as a variety of chicken and lamb dishes, and some dessert items.
