Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 0.8 lbs

Diet Comment
Sick weight gain, due, doubtless, to the plus 10-hour shift in eating yesterday, that ended with most of my calories and water consumed after 10pm. And that last off-plan meal.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Dinner
Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-inulin. Not shown: hard-boiled eggs and home-made mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  24 oz.   Water:  128+ oz.
