Daily Comment
Ah, rehearsal. I look forward to the frustration of working stuff out. Then, I remember it more fondly than it deserves.

It's a difference in practice styles, and a difference in rehearsal goals, and a difference of opinion on what needs to be done to improve the band.

And I defer.

Day Net Loss/Gain:      - 2.2 lbs

Diet Comment
That is a nice correction. However, I ate most of my calories of the day after 11 o'clock, and tomorrow will go against me.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Roasted turkey breast on Spring Mix, baby spinach and cole slaw mix with balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
Chili (ground beef, red beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, spices) and broccoli.


Snack
Chili, hard-boiled eggs with guacamole on almond Paleo Bread, cottage cheese.


Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  32 oz.   Water:  104+ oz.
