Daily Comment
Feeling mostly better today.

I missed yesterday's 'landmark' day: 1000 days until retirement. Today, I am 999 days away, and counting.

Today, for the first time this year, I am at my December 31, 2012 weight, the lowest weight on the chart.

As I recover from my recent weight-losing illness, we'll see how that holds.

Day Net Loss/Gain:      - 1.0 lbs

Diet Comment
Still attribute the loss to my illness, which led to yesterday's lowest-calorie High-Calorie, High-Carb day ever. Lowest weight of 2013.

Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia seeds, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Dinner
At the Bridge Street Tavern, I ate from a buffet: sausage and peppers, italian-style vegetables (zucchini, broccoli, string beans, peppers), and a mixed salad with Italian dressing.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  0 oz.   Water:  100+ oz.
