Daily Comment
Nothing much to report here. I decided to go to an acoustic open mic when rehearsal was cancelled, and ended up staying up 'way too late. Got home exhausted, and hungry.

Diet Comment
Late night high-calorie snack - sometimes the bear eats you.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Roasted turkey breast on Spring Mix, baby spinach and cole slaw mix with balsamic vinaigrette. That's right, same as yesterday.

Dinner
At PJ's Pub:
Cobb salad (steak, hard-boiled eggs, cheddar cheese, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon, greens, blue cheese dressing). Bread was not eaten.

Snack
Hard-boiled eggs with coconut paleo bread with home-made mayonnaise.


Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  32 oz.   Water:  96+ oz.
