Diet Comment
Sick weight loss. Slept all day, mostly, so lunch was at nearly 5pm, 'dinner' was correspondingly very late.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Dinner
Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-inulin. Not shown: hard-boiled eggs and home-made mayonnaise.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  24 oz.   Water:  72+ oz.
