Daily Comment
With nothing much on the agenda today, I avoided doing anything constructive and filled the day with eating. 

I am a pro procrastinator.

First-half year 2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:         204.0 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     207.0 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      - 3.0 lbs

Diet Comment
Another day, another late night snack, this time, a big loss. Go figure. And just like that, my weight is below the line. That will change after today's marathon of off-plan eating.


Food Log 
Breakfast
At Mama Nancy's:
Half a "Big Anthony Fritatta" which includes eggs, poratoes, sausage, pepperoni, broccoli, Swiss cheese, ham, peppers and onions and rye toast (dry). Not shown: A glass of grapefruit juice; also, an apple crisp and a brownie square from the Regional Market. 

Lunch
Ezekiel Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, almond-coconut milk and stevia-inulin.

Snack
Buffalo wing and sausage, pepper and onion pizza slices with a side order of various grain salads from the salad bar.

Dinner
A 'Carolina' at the Dinosaur BBQ, being a barbecued-pork with cole slaw sandwich. Too dark for pictures. Eaten around 11:00pm.

Snack
A bag of Reese's peanut butter cups.


Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  20 oz.   Water:  80+ oz.
