After one day where my late night snack didn't interfere with weight loss, today, it did. And just like that, my weight is above the line.
Food Log
BreakfastCocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia seeds, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
Wild-caught salmon salad on almond Paleo bread with a salad of Spring Mix, baby spinach, cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner
Snack
Hard-boiled eggs with home-made mayonnaise, cottage cheese.
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 22 oz. Water: 96+ oz.
