Daily Comment
Naps don't work for me. After work, I was tired, had it in mind to go out and see some friends play. Took a nap. Four hours later, woke up too tired to move.

Another day of nothing. The Fugs would be proud.

First-half year 2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:         207.0 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     205.2 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 1.8 lbs

Diet Comment
After one day where my late night snack didn't interfere with weight loss, today, it did. And just like that, my weight is above the line.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia seeds, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Wild-caught salmon salad on almond Paleo bread with a salad of Spring Mix, baby spinach, cole slaw mix and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
Pepperoni.

Snack
Hard-boiled eggs with home-made mayonnaise, cottage cheese.


Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  22 oz.   Water:  96+ oz.
