Daily Comment
I just had a draggy day. Busy at work. After, I did some band errands and took a nap, ate dinner and went out to play - stayed out too late, which means I will be tired tomorrow, too. 

Which is too bad, because I have a gig tomorrow, and then a band I want to see.

Also, all this tiredness is reflected in the weight swings, which I suspect aren't healthy.

So it goes.

 Food and Diet Section
2013 daily weight
Today's Weight:         209.0 lbs
Yesterday's Weight:     207.0 lbs
Day Net Loss/Gain:      + 2.0 lbs

Diet Comment
Eating carbs late at night, like I did last night, is deadly to weight control.


Food Log 
Breakfast
Cocoa-kale-hemp-chia protein shake: Almond milk, kale, cocoa, hemp seeds, chia gel, a large egg, vanilla whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, vanilla, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
At Ling-Ling's Chinese Buffet and Grill:
Brussels sprouts, kimchee, and, from the "Mongolian Grill", my go-to dish, pork and chicken with cabbage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, snow pea pods and broccoli. Not shown: a little beef and broccoli.

Dinner
Pepperoni and hard-boiled eggs with cole slaw.


Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  22 oz.   Water:  64+ oz. And, a healthy pour of Jameson's.
