Diet Comment
I'm finishing this month with the highest average weight of the year, just over 200 lbs. I knew, when I 'lost control' (gave in to my cravings) last night right before bed that this result was coming. Sigh. I'll try to get back on the path again today.

Dinner
11:25pm: Turkey/guacamole rollups (high-protein, low-carb tortillas), Rainbow (mixed vegetable) slaw, celery and carrots with homemade mayonnaise, and a Quest bar.
