Diet Comment
Even though I ate horribly yesterday, I did so over a five-hour period. That's the only reason I can think of for this loss.

The Reverend shakshuka: Veggie sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds mycoprotein, chopped spinach and kale, Grandpa's Sauce) with poached eggs and cheese. |
Lunch
7:15pm: A Quest bar and some ricotta cheese.
Dinner
9:25pm: Celery with homemade mayonnaise and ricotta cheese. Swiss cheese and walnuts. A peanut butter sandwich on Aldi Protein multiseed bread.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
