Breakfast
3:55pm: Omelet with smoked salmon, mushrooms, onions and peppers, and some rainbow (mixed veggies) slaw.
 
Lunch
Skipped.

Snack
9:15pm: Chocolate blackout cupcake (I celebrate other people's birthdays, and this was one of my favorite people's. Damn good cupcake, too).

Dinner
11:25pm: Turkey salad (roasted turkey breast, swiss cheese, walnuts, Spring Mix, baby spinach, rainbow slaw and mayonnaise)
, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 58+ oz.;
