Diet Comment
I was doing fine until the evening came, then it seems like I got stoned and just lost it - I started eating, and ended up eating almost continuously from around 6:30pm. Lots of cheese was involved, too, which means lots of calories. And that after a day of almost no movement. I'm getting down on myself for the way I've been breaking promises to myself. I think it has something to do with the month of post-op medication I had to take, and I'm hoping that now that it's over, my body and mind will re-adjust.

Dinner
11:25pm: Salmon salad (wild-caught salmon, walnuts, celery and homemade mayonnaise on cabbage chard, kale and spinach) and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
