Net Loss/Gain:                    -  0.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
The little victory here is that I am keeping my weight loss streak going, even at this low-level of loss. I expect to be able to extend my streak at least one more day, but it's one day at a time, right?

Food Log
Breakfast
1:15pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, Greek yogurt, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
9:25pm, at the Maplewood Grill:
Caesar salad with bacon and grilled salmon.
Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
