Net Loss/Gain:                    -  1.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
This is a bit of a victory, because Saturday I ate a lot of nuts and chocolate, had some ice cream and ate at a diner, and Sunday was a travel day (just one) that included more fast-food than I ate all of last year. I can honestly say I have no idea how that ended up in a weight loss. Of course, I'll take it.

Breakfast
3:25pm:
Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds mycoprotein, chopped kale and spinach, Grandpa's Sauce) on riced cauliflower (with nutritional yeast and Everything seasoning), topped with cottage cheese (and Everything seasoning). Not shown: Aldi Keto-friendly bagel (last one, ever. I tried them, but don't like them) and cream cheese.
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
11:25pm: A
 Quest bar, 86% dark chocolate, and peanut butter on Aldi Protein multi-seed bread.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 52+ oz.;
