12:15am: Turkey sandwich on Aldi protein multi-seed bread with pesto sauce, and a salad (lettuces, spinach and cabbage, store-bought,low-calorie habañero ranch dressing).

Espressos: 0; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 24+ oz.; a shot of Jamerson's Irish whiskey
