Diet Comment
My weight loss continues, even though I ate far outside of my intermittent fasting window. So, that's good. Especially because it's going to happen again tonight.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:15pm:
Breakfast curry with noodles (mung bean and edamame fettuccine, lentil curry, Spring Mix, eggs). What makes it breakfast? Well, I guess it's the eggs, but mostly it's that it's the first thing I ate today.

Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
10:35pm: Salmon burger on Aldi Protein bread with homemade mayonnaise and lettuce
, with roasted brussel sprouts and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.;
