Diet Comment
A ridiculous schedule for the weekend played a big part in my inability to stick to my eating plan. I did it to myself, I have no excuse, but also make no apologies. Shit happens, my weight gain is temporary, the summer busy season coming to an end, weather getting better (not so hot) and my commitment to healthy eating is unabated.

Veggie omelet (Swiss cheese, chopped spinach and kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and sweet potatoes with Everything seasoning. |
Skipped.
Dinner
11:25pm: Turkey sandwich on Aldi Protein multi-seed bread, mixed nuts and a salad (lettuces, spinach and walnuts, low-calorie habañero ranch dressing (store bought).
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
