Diet Comment
The week ends on a good note, after daily losses, making it five straight losing days in a row (admittedly coming back from a few days of gains. I'm solidly below the trend line, but it is still rising, so there's more work to be done.
Food Log
Breakfast
1:10pm: Peanut butter on Aldi Protein bread, and cream cheese and walnuts on Aldi Keto tortillas.

Lunch
6:40pm: Swiss cheese omelet, a Quest bar, raspberry-lemon-ginger kombucha, dark chocolate-covered almonds.
Dinner
12:25am: Chicken salad (rotisserie chicken breast, shaved parmesan cheese, walnuts, mixed vegetable slaw, arugula, chard, kale, spinach, and homemade mayonnaise) and dark chocolate-covered almonds.
