Diet Comment
Okay, nice loss, back on track - need more, but today might not be the day I get it. Maplewood Grill is a weakness.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:30pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

6:25pm: Peanut butter sandwich on Aldi Protein multi-seed bread

Dinner
9:10pm, at the Maplewood Grill:
Hummus with fried cauliflower 'pita bread'. Not shown: A single chicken tender. It took me about 20 minutes to eat this. It was so good, but I should have stopped after ten minutes and taken the rest home, lol. I overate.
Snack

11:25pm: Mixed nuts
