Previous Weight (8/31/23):         201.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  0.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
Friday's weight was a pound-and-a-half lower than Monday's, so there's that, but I'm going to have to be more careful going forward.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:55pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
9:25pm:
 Chicken breast and Swiss cheese, celery and carrots with homemade mayonnaise, rainbow slaw (mixed vegetable slaw) and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.;
