Diet Comment
Friday's weight was a pound-and-a-half lower than Monday's, so there's that, but I'm going to have to be more careful going forward.

9:25pm: Chicken breast and Swiss cheese, celery and carrots with homemade mayonnaise, rainbow slaw (mixed vegetable slaw) and a Quest bar.
