Diet Comment
This is a bit of a victory, because Saturday I ate a lot of nuts and chocolate, had some ice cream and ate at a diner, and Sunday was a travel day (just one) that included more fast-food than I ate all of last year. I can honestly say I have no idea how that ended up in a weight loss. Of course, I'll take it.

Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon). |
9:10pm, at Moondog's Lounge: Pizza Supreme.
Dinner
11:45pm: A Quest bar, peanut butter and maple syrup on Aldi Protein multi-seed bread, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and cacao nibs.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 2; Coffee: 0 oz.; Water: 60+ oz.; a nice pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey
