Diet Comment
I saw this coming. Last night's dinner, eaten outside my intermittent fasting hours, was well over 2,500 calories (by itself, more than a days worth of food), and yesterday's breakfast, at CoreLife, was also fairly calorie-dense, probably more than 1500 calories, almost a day's worth. The fact that both meals were nutrient dense is their only saving grace, but there's nothing healthy about eating that many calories.
