Diet Comment
I am amazed at having a weight loss today. Yesterday, after a 'perfect' breakfast, I ate an 8-ounce package of dark-chocolate and cacao-dusted almonds and a 9-ounce package of chili-spiced dried mangos. That's a lot of sugar. More than I've eaten in a single day in a long, long time. Yet, here I am, slightly under the still-rising trend line, with a pound loss. I'll take it, of course, but without understanding how it got here.
