Today's Weight:                    200.3 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/29/23):         203.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  3.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
That's an amazing one-day loss, thanks to sticking to the plan. This is the way it should be. I'm going to try and have a good day today, because unless I have another amazing day tomorrow, I'm finishing this month with the highest average weight of the year.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:45pm: Steamed brussels sprouts with olive oil and Everything seasoning, and scrambled eggs with Swiss cheese and pesto rolled up in a high-protein, low carbohydrate tortilla.
 
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:25pm: Chicken sandwich with guacamole on Aldi Protein multiseed bread. A
 salad (walnuts, mixed vegetable slaw, chard, kale, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette) and a Quest bar.
 
Snack
12:15 am: cream cheese and walnuts on a slice of Aldi Protein multiseed bread and a few (okay, 4) squares of dark chocolate with nuts and cranberries.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
