Today's Weight:                    199.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/24/23):         201.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    -  2.0 lbs.
Diet Comment
Wednesday and Thursday were very good days - stayed on-plan with what I ate and when I ate it. The result? A total of three-and-a-half pounds lost. I'm back in my range, and looking down the path to more losses.

Food Log
Breakfast
4:05pm: Brussels sprouts with olive oil and Everything seasoning, scrambled eggs and Swiss cheese on Aldi Protein multi-seed bread.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:25pm: Caulipower pizza (cauliflower crust, sauce cheese, uncured pepperoni)
, mixed nuts and a salad (lettuces, spinach and  low-calorie habañero ranch dressing (store bought). Dark chocolate nut bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
