Diet Comment
Well, weight-loss-wise, it was a horrible weekend. Lots of food and calories, and it's all, literally and figuratively, on me. On the other hand, I feel ready to make a good start to this week.

Breakfast
4:05pm: Ramen soup with spinach and kale (Vite-Ramen Miso high-protein, high-fiber ramen and flavor packet and I added the greens).

7:15pm: A Quest bar, dark chocolate and peanut butter.
Dinner
11:25pm: Turkey and kimchi sandwich on Aldi Protein multi-seed bread and a salad (chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan, walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette).
