Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    202.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/25/23):         199.5 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    +  2.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
Well, weight-loss-wise, it was a horrible weekend. Lots of food and calories, and it's all, literally and figuratively, on me. On the other hand, I feel ready to make a good start to this week.

Food Log
Breakfast
4:05pm: Ramen soup with spinach and kale (Vite-Ramen Miso high-protein, high-fiber ramen and flavor packet and I added the greens).

Lunch
7:15pm: A Quest bar, dark chocolate and peanut butter.

Dinner
11:25pm: Turkey 
and kimchi sandwich on Aldi Protein multi-seed bread and a salad (chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan, walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette).

Snack
7:15pm: Swiss cheese rollup (with high-protein, low-carb tortilla), cream cheese and walnut rollup (with high-protein, low-carb tortilla).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
