Diet Comment
I knew on Friday that I was going to put on some weight this weekend. Due to a busy playing schedule, I knew I would be dining out on limited, off-plan menu items. I was right, that's what happened, and I would be lying if I didn't say I was relieved that the weight gain was less than a kilo - better than I thought it would be.
Food Log
Breakfast
3:35pm: LEO burritos (smoked salmon (lox), eggs and onions in low-carb, high protein spinach tortillas.

10:15pm: Cottage cheese and spicy pork rinds, carrots with homemade mayonnaise, and a Quest bar.
