Veggie omelet (eggs, Dubliner cheese, chopped spinach and kale, mushrooms, onions, peppers) and sweet potatoes with olive oil and Everything seasoning. Not shown: popcorn (with olive oil, nutritional yeast and Everything seasoning).
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
11:25pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, a salmon burger sandwich (on Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grains bread with guacamole), peanut butter
 and dark chocolate, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
