Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
Weekend weight-gain. Not bad, especially if I can lose a little weight this week, which I hope to do.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:45pm: 
Brussels sprouts with scrambled eggs and shaved parmesan cheese.
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
8:45pm-11:25pm, at the Maplewood Bar & Grill:
Chicken bacon ranch pizza. Not shown: A big house salad (romaine, cucmbers, tomatoes, olives, balsamic vinaigrette). I ate half the pizza there, and ate the rest at home.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
