Diet Comment
Friday, and my first weight loss this week. That's like getting the answer to Wordle on the 6th (final) try - a big relief, even though you wanted better.

Dinner
11:25pm: Chicken-guacamole burrito (using a low-carb spinach and herb tortilla), a salad (mixed lettuces, rainbow slaw [mixed julienned veggies], spinach, Wegman's Green Goddess avocado oil dressing), and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 50+ oz.; and a nice pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey
