Diet Comment
Still the same, still too much weight (though only 2% above what I consider my average weight of 200 lbs.), and I'm still unconcerned.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:25pm:
Pasta, eggs, and veggies (Edamame and mung bean fettuccine, eggs, goat cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, peppers and onions).
Lunch

6:00pm: A Quest bar and popcorn (with olive oil, nutritional yeast and Everything seasoning).

Dinner
10:05pm: Chicken
 salad (chicken breast, mixed lettuce, baby spinach, tomatoes, Green Goddess avocado oil dressing).

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 20 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
