Once again, I ate a lot of food and gained weight.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:45pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
9:25pm: Miso ramen and greens (Vite-Ramen
 high-protein, high-fiber ramen, miso flavor, kale and spinach) and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
