Just a maintenance reading, although at a (slightly) higher weight than I'm comfortable with. I'm going to make some changes, I think.

Breakfast
3:00pm: Cheddar and onion omelette and a bowl of Roberta's chili (sausage, beef, beans, and other stuff - I don't know, Roberta is a friend, though, and just wanted to bring me something to eat).

11:25pm: Chicken and guacamole burrito (with lettuce, and a low-carb spinach tortilla wrap), rainbow (mixed julienned veggies) slaw, and dark chocolate.
